Soy cocinero y me gusta cambiar de aires, viajando por España y conociendo cocinas y estilos de vida distintos. He visto la hostelería desde dentro: explotación laboral y malos tratos normalizados, cosas que no deberían ser parte del oficio. Mi cocina es auténtica, con elaboración cuando hace falta, sin estrellas Michelin ni artificios; busco calidad y sentido común en cada plato.
